Returns and Refund Policy

At Pooja Publication, we take great care in ensuring that all books and educational materials are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

Please note that all sales made through our website are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

We request customers to carefully review product details, descriptions, pricing, and quantities before completing their purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are strictly not eligible for return or refund:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect selection of book, edition, language, or quantity

• Orders placed by mistake

• Minor printing variations or slight color differences

• Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exceptional Case)

We only consider replacement (not refund) in case:

• The product delivered is physically damaged during transit, or

• The wrong item has been delivered.

To request a replacement, the customer must:

1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Share a clear unboxing video from the start (without cuts) showing the sealed package being opened.

3. Provide photographs clearly showing the issue.

If proper proof is not provided within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to reject the request.

Replacement approval will be at our sole discretion after verification.

Refund Policy

We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances unless required by applicable law. In approved exceptional cases, we may offer a replacement of the same product instead of a refund.
